Just got off the phone asking about how to release the reverse lock to raise the motor, and was told to put it in forward and it would release the lock. Thanks for the help in solving this problem. The gentleman I spoke with was very nice and informative, and I will be using AAA for any future work I might need on my boat. Just adding another review of AAA outboard repair, had to take my boat in because the motor would not start. Kenny fixed the problem and had me back on the water the next day. Best service I could have asked for. Kenny came and met me on a Sunday night after driving back from Tampa, performed engine diagnostics and diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes. He had the part overnighted and got us on our way with a new high pressure fuel pump which he got covered through warranty. We had just left crystal river after being there for a week and our port engine stalled out 10 miles outside the cut. Kenny responded to an online request Saturday night and was on the boat the next day after driving back. 5 Stars all the way!

The guys at AAA are the best. I had a Mercury outboard that died on me last time out. They diagnosed the problem and stayed late to get the job done. They even took the time to get my trailer lights working when they finished. I didn't know the wires were broken but they stayed even later and got my lights working so I could make it home safely. I highly recommend them for your repairs.
